Where is the IT job market headed?

There’s no doubting that the world of IT jobs is changing, with the current economy and rate of technological innovation accelerating these changes, but we’re still in the middle of finding out how this will eventually pan out.

What do you think? What new kinds of positions are going to be created? Will more people work as freelancers and consultants? Where do you see the biggest changes in the IT job market in coming years?
